The responsible supervisory authority for data protection issues is the state data protection officer of the federal state in which our company is based. SSL or TLS encryption
This site uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or inquiries that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you send to us cannot be read by third parties.
Information, blocking, deletion
Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to obtain free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient and the purpose of data processing and, if applicable, a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data. 2. Data collection on our website
Cookies
Some of the websites use so-called cookies. Cookies do not harm your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies are used to make our service more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.
Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit.
You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be restricted.
Cookies that are necessary to carry out the electronic communication process or to provide certain functions you have requested (e.g. shopping cart function) are stored on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing cookies to ensure technically error-free and optimized provision of its services. If other cookies (e.g. cookies to analyze your surfing behavior) are stored, these will be treated separately in this privacy policy.
Access data/server log files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
- name of the page accessed
- browser type and browser version
- operating system used
- Referrer URL
- hostname of the accessing computer
- Date and time of the server request
- IP adress
- Name of the retrieved file and amount of data transferred
This data will not be merged with other data sources.
The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, which permits the processing of data to fulfill a contract or to take pre-contractual measures.
Contact
When contacting the provider (for example via contact form or email), the user’s details are stored for the purpose of processing the request and in the event that follow-up questions arise. This data will not be passed on without your consent.
The processing of your data, which you transmit when contacting us, is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). Your consent can be revoked at any time. The legality of the data processing operations carried out up to the time of revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
As long as there is no request for data deletion, consent to storage is revoked or the purpose for data storage no longer applies, the data transmitted when contacting us will remain with us. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
3. Plugins and tools
Font Awesome
This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Fonticons, Inc. for the uniform display of fonts. When you open a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly.
We have integrated Font Awesome locally and therefore no connection is established to the Fonticons server.
Googlefonts
This website uses so-called web fonts (Google fonts), which are provided by Google, for the uniform display of fonts. When you open a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly.
We have integrated the Google fonts locally and therefore no connection to the Google server is established here.
Google Maps (with consent)
This site uses the Google Maps map service via an API. The provider is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. To ensure data protection on our website, Google Maps is deactivated when you enter our website for the first time. A direct connection to Google’s servers is only established when you activate Google Maps yourself (consent according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR). This prevents your data from being transferred to Google when you first enter the site. After activation, Google Maps will save your IP address. This is then usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer after activating Google Maps. You can find more information on how user data is handled in Google’s privacy policy: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/.
Use of Java Script
On this website we use active Java Script content from external providers. By accessing our website, these external providers may receive personal information about your visit to our website. Processing of data outside the EU is possible. You can prevent this by installing a JavaScript blocker such as the browser plug-in ‘NoScript’ (www.noscript.net) or by deactivating JavaScript in your browser. However, we would like to point out that our website and service will only function to a limited extent if you prevent the use of JavaScript.
Integration of third-party services and content
It may happen that third-party content, such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites, are integrated within this offer. This always presupposes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as “third-party providers”) perceive the IP address of the users. Without the IP address, they would not be able to send the content to the user’s browser. The IP address is therefore required to display this content. We endeavour to only use content whose respective providers use the IP address solely to deliver the content. However, we have no influence if the third-party providers store the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes. As far as we are aware of this, we will inform users about it.
